My stay included access to the Signature Lounge and a dedicated butler service. The all-inclusive package offered a comprehensive selection of dining options across multiple restaurants. I also appreciated the convenience of complimentary access to Soul Beach.
The toilet roll holder in the accessible room was in an awkward position behind the toilet.

The staff demonstrated commendable attention to detail and provided excellent service throughout the entire stay. The buggy service was prompt and invaluable for navigating the grounds. They reacted professionally.

The grounds are immaculate and beautiful, with peacocks roaming freely. The landscaping is well-maintained and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The beach is also very clean.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness. They were generally friendly and helpful.
the all-inclusive package felt more limited than i expected. service levels often seemed stretched, possibly due to understaffing. this resulted in delays and a less polished experience. the distance from the city center also became a factor, travel took up a significant portion of the day.

The resort is BIG. I could call for a buggy to take me places if it were not within walking distance. The rooms are nice furnished. They setup the sleeper-couch for us without US asking.
