My stay included access to a dedicated pool. It was a true oasis of calm. I found the beach and mall shuttle convenient. I appreciated the immaculate state of my suite. The housekeeping was great.
My room floors were not entirely clean. I noticed some dust when I walked barefoot on the parquet. The resort is a bit removed from main attractions, so travel time to popular spots is something to consider.

I went to celebrate my birthday and an employee entered the room without knocking. it. i complained to the hotel management and they upgraded my room, though the new room had a water leak and the ac was noisy. some of the food i ordered was not good. It was returned and the room service was unprofessional..

the resort had multiple amazing restaurants. i dined at several and each offered a different high class cuisine. the residence suites were very spacious and felt luxurious. a golf buggy service was available to transport guests across the resort.
The beach wasn't the cleanest. The water was a bit muddy.

The toilet roll holder in the accessible room was in an awkward position behind the toilet.

The grounds are immaculate and beautiful, with peacocks roaming freely. The landscaping is well-maintained and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The beach is also very clean.

the all-inclusive package felt more limited than i expected. service levels often seemed stretched, possibly due to understaffing. this resulted in delays and a less polished experience. the distance from the city center also became a factor, travel took up a significant portion of the day.

The resort is BIG. I could call for a buggy to take me places if it were not within walking distance. The rooms are nice furnished. They setup the sleeper-couch for us without US asking.
